Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (such as photos). We will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.
Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
